ACTICOAT™ is a highly effective antimicrobial barrier dressing from Smith & Nephew, featuring SILCRYST™ nanocrystalline silver technology. It delivers a sustained release of silver ions to provide rapid and broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity against a wide range of wound pathogens, including antibiotic-resistant organisms such as MRSA and VRE.
The 4" x 8" (approximately 10cm x 20cm) size offers extended coverage, making it well-suited for longer wounds, surgical incisions, donor sites, and other areas requiring a larger antimicrobial dressing.

How to Use:
Moisten the dressing with sterile water (not saline) before application. Apply directly to the wound surface and cover with an appropriate secondary dressing. Re-moisten every 24 hours to maintain antimicrobial activity. Change every 3 days or as clinically indicated.
