Yes, we do. You can select it at checkout.

Our physical store located in Richmond Hill is no longer open to the
public for in-person medical/safety/janitorial product shopping. All orders
must be placed online, however local pickup is still available for orders
placed online.

Moving forward, we are unable to fulfill orders that are placed in
person at our physical store.

Once you’ve placed your order, please wait for the email that indicates that your order is ready for pick-up. You may come to our store during business hours (M-F, 9am-5pm) to pick up your order.

Shipping
is free for orders over $99. Orders under $99 are subject to a $9.99 flat rate
shipping charge within Canada.

Please note that for customers located in Yukon, Nunavut, the Northwest
Territories, and Newfoundland and Labrador a minimum spend of $750 is required,
and additional shipping charges may apply.

Once the order has been processed (normally 2-5 business days), shipping times within Ontario are 1-3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays)*
Please ensure that your order includes detailed shipping notes (such as apt #, buzzer, etc.) in order to avoid further delays.

For customers based in Nunavut, Yukon, the Northwest Territories, New
Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Nova Scotia shipping times may be

Yes, we do ship to the US

Shipping is free for orders over $99 USD. Orders under $99 are subject to a $15 USD flat rate shipping charge across the US.

Once the order has been processed (normally 2-5 business days), shipping times to the US are 7-14 business days (excludes weekends and holidays)*

Yes, you will receive an email with the courier and tracking number once shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to appear, and if it has not appeared after 24 hours check your spam or junk folder before contacting support for assistance.

• Yes, all of our furniture comes with a one-year warranty starting from purchase date.
• Please note that replacements parts are available for purchase after the warranty has expired. For further information, please email: contact@unitedcanadainc.com

Yes, our Level 2 and 3 Medical Face Masks are Made in Canada. 

Our masks do not contain any form of graphene.

Level 3 ASTM Face Masks have a shelf life of 2 years after opening the inner plastic packaging.
