The Proactive-Elle Replacement Gel pads are specifically designed for the Proactive-Elle TENS device.  Each pack includes two gel pads that are reusable for up to 30 times.  These long-lasting self-adhesive gel pads are wireless, and their large size allows for maximum coverage of the treatment area to maximize period pain relief.  

Even more the Proactive-Elle Gel Pads are super conductive and adhere securely, so they stay in place to effectively relieve period pain.  These easy-to-use gel pads are very comfortable and discreet so they can be worn conveniently under your clothes when and wherever needed so that you can go on with your day!

It’s so easy to use, easy as 1-2-3!

  • Snap on: connect the gel pad to the device by snapping it into place
  • Peel: Peel off the plastic protective cover and apply the unit onto the abdominal or back area
  • Start: press the “Start” button
  • Select: choose from one of 6 treatment modes and 20 intensity levels.

Tips:

  1. Always wash and dry the treatment area. Do not apply any creams or gels as this may reduce the adhesion of the gel pad.
  2. Apply the whole surface of the gel pad firmly to the skin.
  3. Do not use the same gel pad on different people.
  4. Do not apply to broken skin.
  5. Following treatment (after each use) place the sticky side of the gel pad onto the plastic film.
  6. Store in the plastic bag in a cool, dry place between use.

Pickup

Orders can be picked up at our office located in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Once you receive a confirmation email that your order is ready for pickup, you have 20 business days to pick it up. Once this timeframe is exceeded, you will be contacted before we issue a full refund for your order. If you will be picking up outside of this timeframe for any reason and do not want to lose your order or have any questions about pickup, please contact:

Delivery Service: 

Orders that are not selected to be picked up at the office will be shipped using one of our trusted delivery partners. You will receive a shipment notification once your order has left our warehouse which will include the delivery service used as well as a tracking number that can be used to track your package. If there is an issue regarding your shipment (e.g. incorrect address, special instructions, etc.) please contact us immediately. The recipient at the time of delivery must be of legal age. Receiving your Order

When you receive your order, please inspect the product carefully; if you run into any issues, let us know immediately. We will gladly resolve any issues involving your product within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Any requests related to product damage during shipment received after the 48-hour deadline will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For all inquires please contact:

If picking up from our warehouse, our team will be happy to help you load your products into your vehicle. Once the product is loaded, the customer will then take all responsibility for securing the product and delivering it safely to its destination.

For all orders, pickup or delivery, the customer is responsible for assembly of all products.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
