The Comfort Plus Commode was designed to make the customers’ experience with the commode as efficient and comfortable as possible. We took our 40+ years of experience in the medical equipment arena and redesigned our commode from the ground up. These are some of the improvements:
- More comfortable: The ergonomic seat is 20% wider and larger than other non-bariatric commodes and toilet seats. Curved ergonomic seat reduces strain on the back. Molded armrests give added comfort and support. Chair armrests provide a handle to help with balance and stability when standing up and sitting down.
- More personalizable: Adjustable frame is made of steel, durable, sturdy, and features 7-height adjustable settings ranging from 16” to 22” from the floor to the seat. Tool-free assembly make it easy to assemble your commode in minutes
- More versatile: 3-in-1 commode design allows the comfort plus commode to be used as a bedside commode, toilet safety frame, or raised toilet seat. The steel commode frame has a weight capacity of 350 lbs.
- More efficient: Splash guard built into the commode seat avoids messes and reduces number of pieces required for assembly. Fewer pieces and smooth surfaces make the Comfort Plus Commode easy to clean. Bucket and bedpan insertion and removal from the top or the back gives you more flexibility for set up and clean-up.

We offer several options when it comes to delivery, including:
Pickup
Orders can be picked up at our office located in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Once you receive a confirmation email that your order is ready for pickup, you have 20 business days to pick it up. Once this timeframe is exceeded, you will be contacted before we issue a full refund for your order. If you will be picking up outside of this timeframe for any reason and do not want to lose your order or have any questions about pickup, please contact:

Delivery Service:
Orders that are not selected to be picked up at the office will be shipped using one of our trusted delivery partners. You will receive a shipment notification once your order has left our warehouse which will include the delivery service used as well as a tracking number that can be used to track your package. If there is an issue regarding your shipment (e.g. incorrect address, special instructions, etc.) please contact us immediately. The recipient at the time of delivery must be of legal age. Receiving your Order
When you receive your order, please inspect the product carefully; if you run into any issues, let us know immediately. We will gladly resolve any issues involving your product within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Any requests related to product damage during shipment received after the 48-hour deadline will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For all inquires please contact:

If picking up from our warehouse, our team will be happy to help you load your products into your vehicle. Once the product is loaded, the customer will then take all responsibility for securing the product and delivering it safely to its destination.
For all orders, pickup or delivery, the customer is responsible for assembly of all products.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
