Dr. Numb is indicated for (including but not limited to): temporary relief of pain and/or itching associated with minor burns, sunburn, minor cuts, scrapes, insect bites, minor skin irritations, perianal discomfort and anorectal disorders dermal procedures that induce pain such as venipuncture (blood sampling), intravenous cannulation (administration of contrast agents, fluids, medications, parenteral nutrition and blood products), minor skin procedures (laceration repair, warts removal.

Adults and Children 12 years and older: When practical, cleanse the affected area with mild soap and warm water and rinse thoroughly. Gently dry by patting or blotting with tissue or a soft cloth before application of product. Apply to the affected area up to 6 times a day.

Children under 12 years of age: Consult a doctor.

It produces temporary numbness or loss of sensation of the skin and its surrounding tissues after its application by blocking the nerves from sending pain signals to the brain.

Inactive ingredients: Benzyl Alcohol, Carbopol, Lecithin, Propylene Glycol, Tocopheryl Acetate, Water.
Lidocaine: Temporarily blocks the nerve
Benzyl Alcohol: It is a useful solvent due to its polarity, low toxicity, and low vapor pressure
