This monitor features a lightweight, slim, portable design so you can check your blood pressure—even on the go. The OMRON Gold Wrist Monitor stores up to 200 readings for two users (100 each) or unlimited readings when used with the free OMRON Connect app, allowing you to keep a comprehensive recording of your readings over time and monitor any fluctuations in your readings. The app also lets you view your trend graphs and charts, and share as needed with your family, caregivers, or healthcare professionals.

For some people, their blood pressure may be too high in the morning. The unique Morning Hypertension Indicator and Averaging feature calculates your daily morning average blood pressure, and alerts you with a “HIGH” symbol on the display if your systolic (upper) blood pressure measures 130 mmHg or above, and/or your diastolic (lower) blood pressure is 80 mmHg or above. This monitor also includes an Irregular Heartbeat Symbol, which alerts you to the number of irregular heartbeats (up to three) while your blood pressure is being measured.

Another OMRON-exclusive feature is our UltraSilent Inflation, so measurements can be taken quietly and discreetly, while our Heart Zone Guidance technology helps to guide your wrist to the proper position (at heart level).

Also optimizing your measurement experience is the OMRON Cuff Wrap Guide included with this monitor, which alerts you if the cuff is wrapped too loosely on your wrist.

Pickup

Orders can be picked up at our office located in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Once you receive a confirmation email that your order is ready for pickup, you have 20 business days to pick it up. Once this timeframe is exceeded, you will be contacted before we issue a full refund for your order. If you will be picking up outside of this timeframe for any reason and do not want to lose your order or have any questions about pickup, please contact:

Delivery Service: 

Orders that are not selected to be picked up at the office will be shipped using one of our trusted delivery partners. You will receive a shipment notification once your order has left our warehouse which will include the delivery service used as well as a tracking number that can be used to track your package. If there is an issue regarding your shipment (e.g. incorrect address, special instructions, etc.) please contact us immediately. The recipient at the time of delivery must be of legal age. Receiving your Order

When you receive your order, please inspect the product carefully; if you run into any issues, let us know immediately. We will gladly resolve any issues involving your product within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Any requests related to product damage during shipment received after the 48-hour deadline will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For all inquires please contact:

If picking up from our warehouse, our team will be happy to help you load your products into your vehicle. Once the product is loaded, the customer will then take all responsibility for securing the product and delivering it safely to its destination.

For all orders, pickup or delivery, the customer is responsible for assembly of all products.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
