STEAMPlus™ is a rapid response integrator suitable for all Steam Autoclave Sterilization processes, including gravity, pre-vacuum, and flash cycles. It was created to provide instant confirmation of the achievement of Sterilization Parameters. This ensures that the autoclave operated correctly, maintaining proper temperature and steam saturation for the necessary duration, making it safe to release and use the load.
- The STEAMPlus™ is FDA cleared as equivalent in performance to a biological indicator and offers the highest level of sterility assurance from a chemical indicator.
- Provides a definitive pass or fail result, allowing for release of loads the before biological test results are received
- For use in steam sterilizers or autoclaves operating at 121°C to 135°C
- Enhance sterility assurance protocol by monitoring sterilization cycles between weekly or monthly biological testing
- Should be used at the very least once daily, and with every implant load
- Tested to ST-60 and ISO 11140-1:2005 performance claims of Type 5 integrating integrators.
