Therm-O-Gel compression sleeves by ProActive Pain Management can be used as both hot or cold therapy to help relieve pain. The compression sleeve is wearable, reusable, non-toxic, microwave and freezer safe, lightweight and hands-free. The three available sizes allow for a secure and comfortable fit that best fits you the area you want to treat with hot or cold total compression therapy.

  • Hot or Cold pain relief that lasts up to 30 minutes. Product is both microwave and freezer safe.
  • 360 Degree Total Compression to fully wrap around the targeted area for maximal coverage and maintains flexibility when hot or cold. Compression material keeps the gel where you want it. 
  • Wearable and Hands-Free with a convenient slip on design and can be worn as a sleeve without the hassle of straps, hooks or holding in place. Allows you to apply hot or cold therapy even on the go. Can be placed on elbow, arm, wrist, knee, calf, ankle and hamstring.
  • Available in 3 Sizes, small has a circumference of 8.1" to 9.4", medium has a circumference of 9.4" to 10.6", large has a circumference of 10.3" to 11.5".Leak-Proof to avoid messes, melting and leaking from ice bags or traditional ice packs. 


Cold Therapy: For maximum performance place sleeve in freezer for at least 2 hours. If sleeve causes discomfort, remove immediately.

Hot Therapy: Only heat sleeve when it is at room temperature. Place sleeve in center of microwave. Heat in microwave ovens as follows:

Small: 50 seconds; Medium: 60 seconds; Large: 65 seconds.

If sleeve is not warm enough, heat for an additional 10 seconds maximum. Sleeve should be warm, not hot. If sleeve is too hot, allow it to cool until a comfortable temperature is reached prior to use.

Always test temperature prior to use, as this product can cause burns. Do not apply to sensitive or insensitive skin or open wounds. Avoid prolonged contact on skin. Do not use on infants. Use only under adult supervision. Inspect at regular intervals. Discard if worn or damaged. Do not puncture or ingest contents. Clean only in accordance with the instructions provided.

Pickup

Orders can be picked up at our office located in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Once you receive a confirmation email that your order is ready for pickup, you have 20 business days to pick it up. Once this timeframe is exceeded, you will be contacted before we issue a full refund for your order. Delivery Service: 

Orders that are not selected to be picked up at the office will be shipped using one of our trusted delivery partners. You will receive a shipment notification once your order has left our warehouse which will include the delivery service used as well as a tracking number that can be used to track your package. If there is an issue regarding your shipment (e.g. incorrect address, special instructions, etc.) please contact us immediately. The recipient at the time of delivery must be of legal age. Receiving your Order

When you receive your order, please inspect the product carefully; if you run into any issues, let us know immediately. We will gladly resolve any issues involving your product within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Any requests related to product damage during shipment received after the 48-hour deadline will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For all inquires please contact:

If picking up from our warehouse, our team will be happy to help you load your products into your vehicle. Once the product is loaded, the customer will then take all responsibility for securing the product and delivering it safely to its destination.

For all orders, pickup or delivery, the customer is responsible for assembly of all products.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
