Shipping Times

Please note: It may take longer than usual due to a substantial increase in order volume!

Once an order is successfully placed, our shipping team creates a shipment through one of our service partners (FedEx, UPS, Purolator, etc.) and an automated email with tracking information is sent to the customer. The order is then packed and made ready for pickup. All carriers typically pick up the package from our facility within 24 hours and deliver to the shipping address provided.

In addition to the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the packages, it takes our fulfillment team approximately 1-2 business days to package and ship the order. Orders with special requests such as gift wrapping, or packaging instructions may take longer than usual. Any orders placed with items in backorder are shipped when all products ordered are back in stock.

Any orders going to the United States will go through customs which may result in a longer shipping time (included in the times provided above). The receiver will be responsible for all applicable duties and taxes.

Please make sure to add any requests in your order notes on the checkout page. This includes any special delivery instructions, shipping carrier preference, custom orders, etc. You can also call, email, or use our live chat to inform our team for any changes to be made after the order is placed.

We try our best to ship and package all orders on the same day they were placed, and sometimes in as little as 15 mins; hence any changes to the order should be made ASAP, especially if you have received your tracking information email.
