Q: When do ASTM level 3 face masks expire?

A: Level 3 Surgical Masks have a validity of 2 years from the manufacturing date (located at the bottom of the box)

Q: Is United Canada Inc. an authorized medical supplies distributor?

A: United Canada has an MDEL License from Health Canada <#12243> to manufacture, import, and distribute all class I to IV devices.

Q: Is there a warranty on the face mask?

A: As a distributor, we do not offer a warranty on any PPE items. However, some PPE may be subject to a manufacturer’s warranty. Don’t hesitate to contact the manufacturer directly for further details. Any defective masks manufactured by United Canada Inc. will be replaced or refunded.

Q: Can I return my masks?

A: All infection prevention products are excluded from returns to maintain health protocols. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions.


We offer several options when it comes to delivery, including:

Pickup

Orders can be picked up at our office located in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Once you receive a confirmation email that your order is ready for pickup, you have 20 business days to pick it up. Once this timeframe is exceeded, you will be contacted before we issue a full refund for your order. If you will be picking up outside of this timeframe for any reason and do not want to lose your order or have any questions about pickup, please contact:

Delivery Service: 

Orders that are not selected to be picked up at the office will be shipped using one of our trusted delivery partners. You will receive a shipment notification once your order has left our warehouse which will include the delivery service used as well as a tracking number that can be used to track your package. If there is an issue regarding your shipment (e.g. incorrect address, special instructions, etc.) please contact us immediately. The recipient at the time of delivery must be of legal age. Receiving your Order

When you receive your order, please inspect the product carefully; if you run into any issues, let us know immediately. We will gladly resolve any issues involving your product within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Any requests related to product damage during shipment received after the 48-hour deadline will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For all inquires please contact:

If picking up from our warehouse, our team will be happy to help you load your products into your vehicle. Once the product is loaded, the customer will then take all responsibility for securing the product and delivering it safely to its destination.

For all orders, pickup or delivery, the customer is responsible for assembly of all products.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.

The masks are too tight - the elastic behind the ears hurts. The metal across the bridge of the nose is way too short and allows too much air to enter the mask at the top and sides.

This is the best masks I have ever bought! It fit my face perfectly and make me feel secure!

Not sure if I got a bad batch, but these are disappointing. For starters, the box I received was resealed and the inner bag was open. As for the masks themselves, they aren’t sufficiently symmetrical, so one side doesn’t make proper contact with the face and bulges out. Also, I’ve had a few masks rip, and ear loops become detached, while removing from the package and/or applying the mask to my face. No wonder these are on sale. I had much better luck with the Trio Med masks, which are available on this site.
