No, please come into our store to receive your pick-up order.

In-store pick-up available only. Please place your order online before coming into our store.

Once you’ve placed your order, please wait for the email that indicates that your order is ready for pick-up. You may come to our store during business hours (M-F, 9am-5pm) to pick up your order.

Shipping is free for orders over $39. Orders under $39 are subject to a $9.99 flat rate shipping charge within Canada.

Once the order has been processed (normally 1-2 business days), shipping times within Ontario are 1-3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays)*
Please ensure that your order includes detailed shipping notes (such as apt #, buzzer, etc.) in order to avoid further delays.

Yes, we do ship to the US.

Shipping is free for orders over $39 USD. Orders under $39 are subject to a $15 USD flat rate shipping charge across the US.

Yes, you will receive an email with the courier and tracking number once shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to appear, and if it has not appeared after 24 hours check your spam or junk folder before contacting support for assistance.

  • Yes, all of our furniture comes with a one-year warranty starting from purchase date.

Masks/PPE
Yes, our Level 2 and 3 Medical Face Masks are Made in Ontario, Canada. Our Level 3 Premium Blue Masks are manufactured in-house, in our brand-new certified Cleanroom. Learn more about our manufacturing process here.

Our masks do not contain any form of graphene.

Yes, our Medical Device Establishment License (MDEL) number is 12243.

Bulk/wholesale orders will be reviewed and accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please fill out our Corporate Orders form and one of our sales representatives will be in touch.

As a distributor, we do not offer a warranty on any of our PPE items. However, some PPE may be subject to a manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact the manufacturer directly for further details. Any defective masks manufactured by United Canada Inc. will be replaced or refunded.
