Shipping for orders under $99 is a $10 flat rate across Canada. Free shipping for orders over $99. We are proud to offer free Canada-wide shipping for all orders over $99 (excluding the territories). Orders $99 and under are subject to $10 flat rate shipping charge across Canada.

Furniture
  • Yes, all of our furniture comes with a one-year warranty starting from purchase date.
  • Please note that replacements parts are available for purchase after the warranty has expired. For further information please email contact@unitedcandainc.ca.

Masks/PPE
Yes, our Level 2 and 3 Medical Face Masks are Made in Ontario, Canada. Our Level 3 Premium Blue Masks are manufactured in-house in our brand-new certified Cleanroom. Learn more about our manufacturing process here.

Our masks do not contain any form of graphene.

  • The shelf life of all of our masks (*excluding Triomed ACTIVE SURGICAL Masks) is two years from the date that appears on your packaged mask.
  • Triomed ACTIVE SURGICAL Masks have a shelf life of 5 years from purchase date.

Yes, all of our medical/surgical face masks are Heath Canada certified.

Yes, our Medical Device Establishment License (MDEL) number is 12243.
